Hydro-clean LDS is an automatic PCBA cleaning machine designed for demanding electronic assembly cleaning applications. It uses Linear Direct Spray technology to deliver even washing across the entire surface and is especially suitable for highly populated assemblies with low stand-off components such as BGA, FC, CSP, BTC, QFN, and MELF. It can also be used for micromechanical components, power electronics, and cleaning before conformal coating and wire bonding.

The machine adopts a fully automatic spray-in-air closed-loop zero drain system and supports flexible process settings for different production requirements. It is suitable for PCBA cleaning after soldering, PCBA cleaning before coating, and other applications where stable rinsing and drying performance are important.
