Hydro-clean MAX is an automatic cleaning machine designed for oversized stencil and mesh plate cleaning, while also supporting PCB cleaning and misprinted board cleaning. Its main advantage is the ability to clean extra-large stencils up to1500 × 700 mm, making it suitable for users who work with larger tooling and assemblies than standard cleaning machines can handle.

In addition to stencil cleaning, the machine can be used for removing flux residues, cleaning low-gap electronic components such as FC, BGA, CSP, BTC, QFN, and MELF, and handling contamination in PCB production including FOD. It is also suitable for small mechanical parts, power devices, and cleaning before coating and bonding.
