Hydro-clean AS is an automatic PCBA cleaning machine designed for electronic assemblies, sensitive components, and precision cleaning applications. It is suitable for removing solder residues, handling contamination, and FOD from board manufacturing and assembly processes. It is especially effective for highly populated assemblies with low stand-off components such as FC, BGA, CSP, BTC, QFN, and MELF. It can also be used for micromechanical components, power components, and cleaning before conformal coating and wire bonding. 

The Hydro-clean AS series includes Hydro-clean AS1 with a single-frame structure and Hydro-clean AS2 with a double-frame structure. The machine adopts a fully automatic spray-in-air closed-loop process and linear direct spray technology for effective cleaning. It also features automatic door technology and can be integrated with AGV for automated production.
