PFL-1M is a pneumatic one-side forming system designed for lead cutting and forming of flat packaged devices. It adopts aP-5000 pneumatic press, which helps avoid the instability caused by manual forming. The system includes an adjustable lead cutter and a one-side forming mold, making it suitable for different package sizes and production requirements. The machine can form chip body sizes from4 × 4 mm to 50 × 50 mm with chip thickness from 0 to 5 mm. It is suitable for top lead, middle lead, and bottom lead flat packages, and supports adjustable dimensions for different forming needs.
