PFL-FM is a fixed mold forming machine designed for large-batch production of flat packaged devices such as SOP and QFP. It can form top exit, middle exit, and bottom exit packages, and is suitable for users who need higher forming efficiency and better consistency in repetitive production. The machine is equipped with a scanning gun for quick mold core identification, and the mold core can be replaced easily to match different component types.


Compared with more flexible small-batch forming systems,PFL-FM is more suitable for standardized production where one mold core corresponds to one type of component. Its fixed mold concept, barcode-assisted setup, and Windows-based touchscreen control make it more suitable for batch operation and traceability management.
