PFL is a pneumatic double-side forming machine designed for forming various two-side and four-side flat packaged devices into gull-wing shape. It is mainly used for SMT device forming and chip pre-processing, helping improve assembly readiness before mounting. The system is suitable for SOP and QFP packages and supports both two-side and four-side forming. It uses a pneumatic molding press together with adjustable mold parts, making it suitable for different body sizes, lead thicknesses, bending radii, and soldering surface length requirements.
