LC is a lead reconditioning machine designed for restoring deformed component leads. It can re-shape one side of the leads at a time and improve important parameters such as coplanarity and shoulder height. According to the document, the system can achieve coplanarity-related requirements down to 0.05 mm, making it suitable for precision lead correction work.  


The machine is intended to replace inefficient manual lead correction. It is suitable for QFP- and SOP-type devices whose leads have become tilted or deformed and no longer align correctly with PCB pads. After lead correction, the part is further leveled by the second section of the system, helping complete the full reconditioning process.
