Hydro-clean LDS is a fully automatic batch aqueous PCB and PCBA cleaning machine designed for removing flux residues and other process contaminants from electronic assemblies. The system integrates cleaning, DI water rinsing and drying in a single process chamber. Its Linear Direct Spray technology provides consistent cleaning across the entire assembly and is especially suitable for densely populated PCBAs and low stand-off components such as BGA, FC, CSP, BTC, QFN and MELF.

The machine adopts a fully automatic spray-in-air closed-loop zero drain system and supports flexible process settings for different production requirements. It is suitable for PCBA cleaning after soldering, PCBA cleaning before coating, and other applications where stable rinsing and drying performance are important.
